With an engineering background and a master’s degree in business, during his career he has held executive positions within companies in the real, financial and public sectors. In addition, he has experience as an entrepreneur and providing consulting services in financial matters, innovation and business strategy. His career in project and business development and management has allowed him to learn about various areas of the economy, such as finance, mining, food, education and consulting services. It is worth highlighting his experience as an advisor for the formulation and acceleration of projects with high levels of uncertainty, such as those associated with disruptive innovations.

Founding partner of InnMomentum, a consulting company in innovation strategies and technology business acceleration. Innmomentum redesigned and participated in the World-Class Suppliers Program for Mining, led by the mining companies BHP BILLITON and CODELCO, in charge of supporting the development of a portfolio of strategic technology suppliers for the mining companies, and the preparation of the Roadmap to bring their innovations to market.

He has been Director of Human Capital Programs for Innovation at Fundación Chile.

He has also served as an advisor to the Ministry of Economy on issues of Productive Development and Innovation and as Program Director at PROCHILE.

He has extensive experience in formulation and acceleration of innovative businesses, both in the field of financing and in the formulation of projects and business strategies, having presented and managed projects before CORFO, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Bank and the European Economic Community, among others.

He also worked as Administration and Finance Manager and General Manager in companies in the food sector and as account executive and financial analyst at Banco Edwards.

Alberto is an Civil Industrial Engineer from the University of Santiago de Chile (1989) and MBA from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2000).
